After launching companies for Rocket Internet and Axel Springer, and working as an investment strategist for BlackRock, Raffaela Rein saw a huge need for professional training for the digital age, and responded by launching CareerFoundry, an online school for UX/UI Design, Web & Mobile Development.
Raffaela became an Evangelist for UX Design when a strong UX focus was a clear game changer in CareerFoundry’s early success. She then developed the company into the leader in professional UX design training as well as a role-model for a UX-led organizations.
Martin’s interest in tech began at an early age, and ultimately took him from his home in Stockholm via San Francisco to Berlin. After 10 years as a product manager, he taught himself how to code, and created CareerFoundry.
Throughout his career in tech he witnessed how user research and testing is one of the most crucial components of product design and development.
