Relax and Unwind With Uta: Meditation
In the fast-paced world of 2021, it’s not always easy to practice mindfulness—or even to take a minute to just switch off and reset. But, no matter what kinds of responsibilities you’re juggling, it’s important to take time out from your day. Not sure how? Join us on Monday 12th July for a free hour of mindful movement and meditation.
In this online session, expert yoga instructor Uta Eismann will lead you through a series of stretches, poses, and breathing techniques to help you incorporate mindfulness into your everyday routine. You will:
- Practice free movement, stretching, and creating space in your body
- Practice a variety of creative poses for posture and balance
- Focus on meditation and the connection between body and breath
The benefits of mindfulness and meditation are endless: they’ll help you manage stress, increase your focus, and even boost creativity and imagination. All you need is a chair and some comfortable clothes—no previous experience required!
We look forward to seeing you there!

Uta is a yoga teacher and contemporary dancer specialized in Vinyasa and Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior. Uta gained a deeper understanding of yoga and the impact that it has on wellbeing during her dance studies in Berlin. Finding this practice empowered her to create a sense of inner peace and harmony, giving her the ability to tune in to how her body and mind feel each day—and to recognize that it's OK to have good days and bad days. Uta sees yoga and meditation as a way of connecting with her spiritual side and forming synergy between body, mind, and breath.
