Matthew Primpas's Portfolio Project
During the CareerFoundry Full-Stack Web Development Program, you’ll build out a job-ready portfolio. Here is a breakdown of graduate Matthew’s portfolio project, MARS; an e-commerce marketplace for men’s fashion.
What inspired you to make a career change into this field?
“Despite coming from a sales background, I always had an affinity with tech and computers.
I decided that I wanted to learn the skills necessary for creating websites and applications. I felt that learning these skills, instead of depending on others, would give me the creative freedom and autonomy that I craved. I hope to be involved in many more creative development teams in the future. I never want to stop learning!”
MARS: Men’s Clothing and Gift Marketplace
MARS is an e-commerce website that I developed as a project during my education with CareerFoundry. It serves as an example of what an e-commerce website would look like for a vendor of men’s clothing.
