I\u2019ve found the key for me is to embrace my stage of life while keeping a youthful attitude that embraces change, innovation, and evolving creativity. That\u2019s the secret to success at any age!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reality is that your being \u201colder\u201d simply means that you\u2019re \u201cwiser\u201d\u2014which means that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have more (and probably more varied!) work experiences than younger applicants and colleagues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ve navigated more challenges and conflicts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have a clearer idea of what you want and how you need to grow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ve had more time to master soft skills like communication, organization, and empathy\u2014arguably the most important skills to have in any position.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, regardless of how many candles will be on your next birthday cake, don\u2019t let a number hold you back from pursuing a career you love.
