Ultimately, it\u2019s about keeping your eye on the bigger picture. Communication skills<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s impossible to overstate the importance of communication skills for product managers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building and launching a successful product requires input from all kinds of departments and experts\u2014from designers and developers to sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
