Apply For Your Partial Scholarship This March
This March, we’re offering two types of partial scholarships: (1) one is for those who identify as a woman, and (2) the other for those who identify as another gender. Read on for further details on eligibility.
The Women in Tech Partial Scholarship
We believe that supporting women in their career change can ease the gender imbalance in tech. Career change is more possible now than ever before, especially when offered online, at a flexible pace, and supported by a community of experts and peers.
To inspire the next generation, we’re offering a partial scholarship—worth up to 19% off the total tuition amount—to the first 100 women who apply!
The Solidarity Partial Scholarship
Attaining true equity and inclusion requires allies from all backgrounds. For those who don’t identify as women but still strive for diversity and inclusion in the tech world and beyond—this partial scholarship could apply to you.
To celebrate the work of allies and their inclusivity efforts, we’re offering a large program discount to the first 100 applicants!
A portion of the proceeds from this scholarship will also go toward our new Equity Scholarship Fund, offering financial support to the most underrepresented groups in tech, globally.
Application Process
To be eligible for one of the scholarships, you simply need to schedule a call and our program advisors will talk you through the next steps.
They’ll answer any questions you have about the application process, our career change programs and what it’s like to learn with CareerFoundry. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss your background, transferable skills, interests, career goals, and your local job market.
Scholarship consideration runs from March 6 to March 31, 2023.
What to Expect on Your Call:
- Set aside about 25 minutes for discussion

Why we offer this
Whether you identify as a woman or not, everyone can help make the professional world a more inclusive place.
While the tech industry has made progress in recent years, women continue to be badly underrepresented. Often facing social and systemic barriers, these are only intensified when considering the challenges faced by women of color, and the lingering impact of the pandemic.
A report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that in 2020, women only made up 25% of computing-related occupations. According to a Honeypot report from 2018, in Germany, less than 17% of tech industry workers were women. And in the U.K., only 26% of people working in tech identified as women, based on the 2021 findings of the Diversity and Inclusion in UK Tech Report.
At CareerFoundry, our mission is to ensure anyone—regardless of identity or background—has the chance to reinvent themselves, work with dignity, and shape their own career.
