Are you curious about how data can be used to understand and make decisions about complex issues in our world?

Data in itself is nothing new, but online technologies have vastly expanded the scale of data available, challenging our capacity to comprehend and use it. Data analysts help individuals, businesses, and even organizations like governments understand trends, identify interesting strategic challenges, and make better decisions about what to do next. Whether you’re looking at smaller scale issues like what song to recommend in an online streaming service or larger questions like how to roll out a global health initiative, you can be sure that data analysis is involved. Our 1-month introductory course will give you a comprehensive overview of the skills needed for describing, processing, analyzing, and creating recommendations from a real set of data.
